Using a proprietary two-component reactive system, FUSION forms a highly permeable, self-supported pack that acts as an in-situ filter. - Resin Coating: Applied to the proppant at the plant, with >3 years of shelf life.
- Activator: Pumped with the carrier fluid at the wellsite.
- Downhole Reaction: Coating chemically reacts with the activator, bonding proppant grains into a consolidated yet permeable pack.
- Versatility: Works from 25 °C (77 °F) to > 600 °F, and at any stress condition, handling very high injection and production rates.
